The Leadership Coordinator is a key member of the Young People For team and will report to the Deputy Director of Education and Leadership Development. The Leadership Coordinator must be a strong organizer, facilitator and trainer and be able to manage relationships and trainings for advanced leadership academies. The candidate should be a strong writer and have substantial knowledge of the youth progressive movement, have experience with campus and/or youth organizing and must demonstrate a strong work ethic.
The Leadership Associate is based in New York, reports to the Director of Education and Leadership, must be able to support new program development and planning, and may be required to travel frequently.
