Make change today. The Young People For (YP4) fellowship is a leadership development program focusing on identifying, engaging and empowering young progressive leaders.
The core of the program is a one-year fellowship that equips college students with the skills and resources necessary to create lasting change on their campuses and in their communities.
The fellowship kicks off with a five-day Summit in Washington, D.C., where 200 fellows connect with other progressive leaders, attend skill-building workshops, learn about powerful strategies and tactics for sustainable social change, and strategize for the future. Check out videos from the most recent Summit: http://www.youngpeoplefor.org/programs/fellowship/summit
Throughout the fellowship, you’ll be offered financial support, technical support and media assistance while implementing a meaningful Blueprint for Social Justice project of your own design.
YP4 provides individual support and funding to help fellows meet their goals and objectives, plus opportunities for continued leadership in the progressive movement. (That includes opportunities to receive mentors, paid internships and professional development.) See what our fellows are working on: http://www.youngpeoplefor.org/fellows/blueprints/summaries
We’re making a long-term investment in emerging activists and leaders. Who are the young leaders in your life?
