School of Unity and Liberation - The School of Unity and Liberation (SOUL) is a school to build a
movement. We work to build the social justice movement by raising the capacity of young organizers
and grassroots groups to achieve systemic change. Over the past decade, SOUL has trained thousands
of young people from hundreds of organizations in organizing, political analysis, and facilitation. The
Interim Executive Director will lead the organization during this period of transition. This will include
working with and supervising staff to ensure that the organization maintains its commitment to its
mission and goals, and remains in healthy programmatic and financial condition while searching for a new
Executive Director. The Search Committee is currently considering candidates for the position of
Interim Executive Director, not for the long-term directorship.
