EBASE seeks an Organizer for its Workplace Immigrant &amp; Civil Rights Program, 
which is challenging the exploitation of low-wage workers by supporting the 
national movement to reform immigration, civil rights and labor law; 
supporting the rights of immigrant and African-American workers to organize; 
and researching, documenting, and educating a broad array of constituents 
about the connections between workers rights, immigrant rights and civil 
rights. The Organizer will be responsible for supporting the Northern 
California Immigrant Workers Freedom Ride Coalition; training and developing 
members of a committee of immigrant and African American workers as leaders; 
coordinating local participation in local and national campaigns; and 
educating key constituencies on workplace immigrant and civil rights issues.
